Convert CRM to SAAS version -- 3

READ BEFORE BIDDING, if you bid that means that is your price! I need someone to convert this [login to view URL] to a SAAS version, meaning subscription model to use the service. Basically, someone would be able to sign up for an account and the system will automatically setup billing, based on plans like 10 users or maybe able to adjust the amount of users from account, remove certain features based on levels like remove extra tools (remove menu access). This should obviously not fully work like a standalone version so some features need to be removed as it would control full admin access. This is just part one of the project, next phase is adding new features and integrating other scripts to make this software more usefull and improve many features. I am looking for long term relationship and even willing to make partners in the business as the potential of being big is huge! We both can benefit from the work if we work together. Give me an estimated amount of hours to get part one done and bulk price. If i pick you then we will do an NDA to discuss the other work phase. This is going to be a long term project as there is a lot of work to be done. YOU MUST have experience with codeigniter and creating selling as a service setup. You need to know how to make custom modules and integrate other software in to it. I may give you some details but i dont want to post it publicly. If you place a bid you need to honor it or you will be ignored no questions asked as you have more than enough info to give a basic quote for us to start. I am going to be honest if your price is more than $250 (lowest price and best experience wins) just for this part i am not interested, there is a lot more work to be done which i need to do over time.
