On Monday my partner and I want to give out wedding invites with a numerical 10-digit password to access an individualised landing page online. I have used javascript and that is working fine on my laptop, but a niece tells me she can't access the landing page on her phone, so I thought PHP would be more likely to work on people's phones. I'm happy to pay £250 for completed java/PHP conversion of this page - I imagine quite a simple task - providing I can test it and see it works on our mobile phones. However, I need this to be working by Sunday evening, so I know we can give out the wedding invites the next day. I do not want any links or advertising to your services in sight, thank you.
