Convert video player and processing from flash to html5

We need our video player on [login to view URL] to be changed to html5 as you know flash is antiquated and does not play on many browsers and platforms. This is a user-based video site like youtube, so videos are uploaded and processed/converted to .flv. We no longer want flash but have been told html5 is the way to go. This is a special video player as you can see on the site as one has the ability to ask questions on the video player which then provides a pop-up with suggestions for another video without jumping onto another page/url. No design changes to the site, unless video player enhancements. Removing anything on the site flash-related - front-end and back-end. Currently ALL video extensions like mov, mpeg, mp4 etc are able to be uploaded and processed into flv to be played on our video player. We still want the ability for a user to upload any type of video file. We also will take your professional recommendations. Our concern is for it to play and upload across all devices/browsers without fail. Two extra features we would like: - micro-phone icon on video player for speech recognition, much like google search - time markers to skip to another part of the video, like youtube (clicking on hyperlinked time)
