Copy/Customize a Classified Website

I am working on a classified ad website for boats, ships, and maritime equipment. The domain name is going to be ship-swap.com. I have chosen the "Motors" Wordpress theme off of themeforest. I already have the logo and will provide all content and form information. I will need the backend done properly and my guy locally to be given marginal training on managing the site. Specifications: - All details on ads will need to be switched to categories for ships(provided by me) - Website will need to be developed on an environment so we can monitor progress and provide feedback. - Customer backend "My Account" will need to be customized - Customer Pricing packages will need to be configured. All packages the same only 3 different packages giving bulk discounts. - Will need trained on backend management - Customer payment system will need to be integrated with Stripe being the preferred technology. - I will need you to walk my database guy through your work so he will understand. - Will need website loaded onto my dedicated server one completed - Minimal stress testing done on the database -***95% of clients will be international so searching via radius or location is IMPERATIVE*** -If Google Maps API gives issues or cannot be configured to search up to the 1-1000 mile(or km) range then we will have to add forms to allow people to choose countries.
