Could anyone Can Teach me how to reindex a magento 2 website, and set up cron jobs on Plesk platform, for a website which have change its the url.

Could anyone Can Teach me how to do the following issue, thanks a lot.
1. Magento 2 , change the url to a correct one, that means from old to new url.
2. reindex the website with putty
3. set up a cron jobs for this website
you may teach me by using team viewer or any other ways is OK, e.g some kind of document , thanks
