Creat WooCommerce Plugin: Match Names and Add Information from CSV File

Hello! Currently I am in need of a plugin which will import a given tracking number from a CSV File by matching the name of the customer from the CSV File with the same name of the customer on WooCommerce. Plugin Requirements & Description: Problem: Currently I am sending each customer their tracking number one by one, and it takes a lot of time. Solution: Create a plugin that I can import all the tracking numbers and the plugin will match the customers name with the one on the CSV File and import their tracking number. Example: CSV File, Column 1 = Customer Name, Column 2 = Tracking Number. The plugin would need to match Column 1 names to the current WooCommerce order Names and if the name is exactly the same, it will import its Tracking Number to their order from Column 2. - Wordpress & WooCommerce Compatible - Import CSV File - Some type of dashboard to show how many trackings where matched, and help the plugin match any tracking numbers that it couldnt find the correct entry. - If possible, send email to customer with their tracking number and tracking link like [login to view URL] for example so they can track their order. NOTE: IF YOU ALREADY KNOW A PLUGIN THAT DOES THIS OR SOMETHING SIMILAR, I WILL REWARD YOU WITH $15 ONLY FOR GIVING ME THE NAME AND ME TESTING IT WORKS. IMPORTANT NOTE: I will work in MileStones. All Milestones will be paid, BUT NONE WILL BE RELEASED UNTIL END OF PROJECT. You can be sure i will release them, you can check my reviews, and have been long time here.
