Create/Adjust Wordpress Template

I require a freelancer (we do prefer freelancers from the UK or Germany) to work on a short-term assignment for our company. We have a number of Wordpress websites that use a single template. We now want to update this template to a more modern, but simple style. We already have a design mockup which is finished. We also have a basic template already, so you need to do minor adjustments only. Workload somewhere in the range of 6-12 hours. We will consider successful freelancers for future assignments, as we are currently growing and employing additional staff and freelancers.
