Create an admin panel for a Biometric Time and Attendance Clock. Using PHP, MSSQL MySQL, bootstrap.

I have some biometric readers from ZKteco that I need to be able to access remotely. ZKteco provides an SDK to achieve that, PHP and Pyhton libraries are available as well. I need you to develop a web based app that will: 1) Connect to the readers and update users (add, delete) NOTE: there is a limit in the memory of the readers, so users will be assigned to specific readers. I.e: users 1-999 got to reader 1, users 1000 -1999 go to reader 2, and so on 2) Get the time and attendance data 3 times per day (In, lunch, out) 3) Get the time and attendance data manually (in case we want to get the data in between the programmed times. i.e. mid morning, mid afternoon, late night shift, etc) 4) put all data into a db (local) 5) perform an upload to a database server at set times (central server) All instructions and examples are available in the Standalone +Demo SDK from Zkteco The end product shall: 1) Automatically connect to the readers and get t&a (time and attendance) data 2) Get userDB updates from a remote MS SQL table and update the readers accordingly 3) locally store the data from the readers 4) update the remote MSSQL DB with the T&A data 5) allow the admin to modify the preprogammed data updates and allow to to a manual update 6) use a bootstrap admin theme or similar to access all the features.
