Create a crypto mining program in Visual C# and a counter that counts the user's earnings in PHP, it stores data in MySQL

So basically the user could register and login to the program, and his/her earnings will count in the SQL table. The program will send postbacks to the PHP, that's how the earnings will be added. There will be an admin panel too, that will include the payouts (manual payouts that will list the users who requested payout, and a button next to the names where the admins can set if the payouts were completed.), the payout rates (so basically I can set the percentage that I get and the percentage that the user gets), and a textbox where I can enter my BTC wallet address, where the NiceHash will send the mined amounts. And also It will be based on a credits system so a setting for how much credits does 1 dollar worth would be nice. And a minimum payout textbox. The program will do the rest of the calculations that how much credits did you earn etc. A user panel tab should be created, that shows the user's stats and other things. If it's easier, make it in just a browser. And also create a settings tab, where the user can set their username on the platform I'll use to make the payouts. That will be visible on the payouts tab in the admin panel, so the admins know where to send the balance. As the miner, it should use the NiceHash miner, because it automatically chooses the best algorithm to mine, but if that's not possible or too hard or would just not work, you can use whatever you want, just make sure it's as profitable as possible. And make it so it mines in a pool, don't create a pool for this app. So here it is visualized. I ask you to make it in visual studio forms application, so I can later change the design.
