Create & Integrate a user-profile & register page for a plugin

I have installed a plugin call "WP-members", [login to view URL] Basically I need to use this plugin to setup frontend's user-profile page whereby our members can amend their details from the frontend rather from the backend dashboard / admin panel. Currently all our members are under custom role that have 0 capability as we do not allow them to access to dashboard / admin panel. However with this setting, members do not able to change the password themselves. What I need is to allow members to be able to change their password in frontend "user-profile" page & frontend/customise "register" page and hide the dashboard / admin panel from members' view. Currently members login through a plugin call "WP Sliding Login | Register Panel", basically it's a thin iframe panel on top of every page, you can check out [login to view URL] Thanks
