I need you to do a KODI Wizard which will install my own KODI Build to be hosted online on my 000webhost account.

Then I need you to add a level of authentication to this Wizard, a user will have to enter a username and password to get access to it and it needs to be usable only once at a time (not in more than 1 device at a time).
