Create a Login Section with Database,Forms and design in Dashboard for current Website - Customer section and Admin section - Wix Website

Current Website is [login to view URL] Hosted and created by Wix We are in need of someone to create a backend Dashboard section for my customers. When they place a order and create a username and password, we would like them to be able to login to complete the following and have the following shown: Service Agreement - This will need to be E-signed Residential Input Form - I have attached a file of all of the fields for your review w/ Esign Seller Disclosures - I have attached as well, this is simple Checkboxes and Esign Lead Based Paint - Only Required if home is Built After 1978 Photo Upload Section - Ability to upload photos to server Once a customer fully completes each form a Box will appear next to it indicating it has been completed. Admin side will display customers name and all completed forms Additional sections within dashboard for customer will allow display options such as would you like a home warranty --- Checkbox --- would you like us to setup Title ---- Checkbox ---- Large open field for customer to send us a request to make changes to their listing which will simply be emailed to us. We would also like to find someone familiar with Wix and Ecwid shopping cart that can make some edits and changes to our overall appearance updating the main page. Please message us for more details.
