As per my understanding, and existing ERP is to modified and new fucntionalities are to be added for the manufacturing industry based on different locations for production and retail. User access is to be implemented as per assigned rigths, add and view of commission by super admin, fix the flow of purchase, production and sale process, payment and profit and loss reports, export reports to excel, logs are some of the tasks which are to be implemented.
Questions:
- Kindly let us know if the mentioned ERP is to be customized or it is be developed from scratch?
- The existing ERP is how much functional?
- What level of chart of account and items coding is being used?
This is really a BIG project and my team estimated it around 8-9 months development depending on the overall revisions back & forth. So, please let me know how to move forward, I mean do you want to work on hourly basis or on the total cost basis? May I ask what kind of budget you have in mind?
Just so you know I am flexible in prices, as quality & long-term relationship is more important.
