the main thing here is database building, and that will take some time, for example to grab all the data from all 10 sites will take few hours, then the web database is made and results can be quickly shown base on user searches. I am not making any false promises that many freelancers will make the database cache building process will need to be auto repeated in few days which again will take few hours cause prices from the website may change in few days, that is the best outcome you can get BECAUSE WEBSITES HAVE NO API.
