Create a simple view to IOT data

Project is to take the data from an IOT site we have data on the telit IOT site [login to view URL] we want this data to be presented in a more readable way (on a map or similar) The project is: a - scrap the Data from the IOT site. (we will supply user/pass etc..) b - put this data on a picture in a good viewable manner (chk attached images) project will be hosted on our server can be written in WP / PHP / JS / HTML5 or any other web based we will suppply a - access for the IOT data portal b - spec for the project (data format, jpg needed etc..) c - a raster map on which data will be displayed milestones: a - 10% - make a sample scrap of data (csv or similar result) b - 25% - place the IOT data on a map by project definition c - 25% - make map interactive (so when you click a point on map it present the data needed) d - 15% - make map update periodically (i.e per minute) e - 25% - get QA feedbacks and fix it all - end of project Please bid only if you can show data scrap projects you did and you have samples to show on presenting the data in a nice way.
