Create a very simple iOS and Android App.

Hi, I need an app for trial for 6 months, so it must function properly I was thinking of buying but custom would be better. [login to view URL] So i need a really simple app with the following details: - When the app opens, it will display 6 catergories for user to select. (see image) - each of them, when clicked, will link to an external website. Thats it. - But the external website is not universal, its the user's personal website. so, sign in is required. (sign up is done on our main website already.) - no API required here. - a little explanation on personal link. For example Facebook account. if 10 users click a button from this app to their Facebook, (and lets say user is already signed into their fb on google chrome or safari- I'm talking about app to web) the link to fb is not the same. its could be [login to view URL] /2 /3 ... /10 Therefore, the link is remembered by the app by signing in. I need this both in iOS and Android. ASAP. The design is also very simple. See image attached. Conditions: - I can escrow full amount but will only be released when a completed and tested work is done. - 5% bonus for finishing on time - 15% fine on finishing late. - finishing on time means, a perfect one.
