We are looking for running a photo sharing community websites with these features: Front-End: 1. User registration / login 2. User based gallery 3. each user can upload photos and can manage his / her photos 4. Users can vote / comment on photos 5. Clean and cool front-end and fast (like [login to view URL] / [login to view URL]) 6. The theme have three very important sections: Voting, latest and popular 7. In site notifications system like the Facebook (for votings, commenting, etc.) 8. Messaging system 9. Follow / unfollow Uploading and publishing: 10. User upload his image which will be showed only in voting page and his own gallery. In this page every uploaded image will be showed in single mode with comment box and two button “Publish” or “Reject” and every user in the website can vote. 11. When the image reached a number of “Publish” votes (which the admin can control it anytime) then it will be showed in latest section. 12. In latest section the images are display as for example in masonry style but the images in these section can also vote from choose editors and after a number of votes it will be showed in popular section 13. The images in latest section are sorted by a sort of factor in a function like (viewcout+2*favorite count+5*comment count=number) .. The images in these page are sorted by these number.. after 24 hours from the upload time of the image the number will automatically reduce by 50% Back-End: 14. Admin can manage all users and settings of website 15. Memberships and roles which can control the number of upload images and voting
