Create a Wordpress Template

I have an existing Wordpress site that has the ThemeForest "GoodWork" theme loaded and customized. I am no longer in contact with the developer who helped me to tailor it for my business. Nonetheless, I need several site updates completed that I don't feel technically proficient enough to handle on my own. These tasks are:

1. Update to the latest version of the GoodWork theme so that the parent/child pages are still configured properly and the site doesn't lose any functionality, fonts, images, etc.

2. Replace some graphic images on a page where you click an image and it takes you to a graphic of my menu of services/pricing. I am not sure how the developer structured this page because it was a special request that didn't come with the theme. It seems like it may have been in the coding, and I do not know how to switch out the existing graphics of the menu. I have changed my menu of services, and I need to make the web site show the changes. [[url removed, login to view] ]

3. Also, on the menu page, I need to add one additional graphic to represent new services I am now offering, as well as the ability to click thru to the menu pricing. Again, I am not sure how the developer set this up. [[url removed, login to view]]

4. Again, on the same page, I need to upload a different PDF version of my menu so people can download it on the download button.

5. On the "Reserve to Preserve U" page, the contact info has changed (business re-located) and I can't find where to change this info in my theme to make an update. [[url removed, login to view]]

6. I also need to change out 2 images on the same page [[url removed, login to view]] to reflect the menu change.

7. Last, every time I write a blog post, it somehow gets attributed to the developer of the theme and not to me. From what I understand, this may be a corrected issue in a more recent version in the theme, but I am not sure. I did recently take off the theme developer's as an authorized user from my site, so I am not sure if that might make a difference. In any case, I just need to make sure that when I post written material, it shows up as my name and not his; however, that needs to be done.
