Creating Jobportal, Membership-Management, Data Mining, Accounting System Important notice: Dear All, I know how programming offices are organized internally. Therefore it is important that you, first reading my Briefing, if you are a Business Developer and not a programmer please be so kind and discuss my project internally with your programmer first and then – after some days maybe – come back to me with a concrete offer. It is not unlikely, that you can’t fulfill my requirements and a Business Developer won’t be able to proof this properly. So please do not send me long letters of intent promptly or even Placeholder bids, but discuss internally if you are the company, which can build my project for an affordable price. This makes sense not wasting our both time and resources. I will delete all freelancer contacts, sending me Placeholder bids. I am looking forward very much to receive sound offers including an action plan after some days my job listing is published. A lot of technical requirements is freeware (e.g. wordpress, plugins etc.). Only some tools have to be build or changed individually. Please consider that by calculating your workflow. This is only a brief summary of what I like to do. For more details, we have to work with a structured plan, which has to be fixed.
