Creating of script for Metatrader4 -- 2

I´m looking for experienced programmer in mql4 or C++. I need to create a script for Metatrader4 with a simple statistics that would be loaded on two platforms simultaneously on the same instrument and that would then search for the differences in the data, according to the condition. The script should search which price is higher or lower than the price on the second platform according to the formula. It should then display in the graph in real time how many times the difference in price was found and it should be displayed on each platform. The difference should be searched according to the following formula - Bid1>Ask2 and the Bid1 price is at least about a set value of difference higher. If the difference is found, this difference would be counted in the statistics. If the price of two platforms is compared and if the script finds out that the Bid price is higher on one platform than the Ask price on the other platform, it is the platform 1. It means that it is Bid1-Ask1-Spread1 on the platform 1 and Bid2-Ask2-Spread2 on the other platform. In order to search for the price difference it should be possible to set a minimum price difference in points, which the script should search for. So if the script finds the minimal price difference, which is at least as the set value, this difference should be counted in the statistics. The format of setting: 0.00001 For example: When the setting is at 20 points (0.00020), the script should search for the price difference in the size of at least 20 points. There should be possible to set range of size of spread. For spread1 in format 0.00001 - 0.00001 and for spread2 0.00001 - 0.00001. For example: Spread1 20-25 points (0.00020 - 0.00025) and Spread2 20-25 points (0.00020 - 0.00025)
