The excel application will need to look professional and be easy to use. Users will need to schedule call backs and appointments and take notes from telephone calls and emails. Users may also click an email address to launch their email, so they can send an email directly. All history will need to be stored. There will also be a need to convert a persons and the companies name into a number, with each letter representing a numerical value. These numerical values then need to be added as a sum and displayed in a special field within the main contact page.
