Crude mockup system for input of variables and a way to view the data

I have a few MySQL tables that is used to input messages and tags. The database structure consists of the following tables: tbl_messages message_ID | message | dateAdded tbl_messages_x_tbl_tags message_ID | tageName tbl_tags tagName | dateAdded tbl_used used_ID | message_ID | usedWith | timeOfUse The relations between these tables are that the tbl_messages are filled with different messages. Ex. "Hi! I need to find a handyman in Stockholm. Perferably with his own toolbox as I don't own any tools other than a few screwdrivers and a hammer! Please contact me!" The table tbl_tags stores tags that can be found in the message, ex. handyman, stockholm, own toolbox The table tbl_messages_x_tbl_tags are used to link the message with the different tags related to the message. The table tbl_used are used to store which message has been used, who used it and at what time. What I need now, is a simple and crude webinterface where I can do the following: 1. View, edit, remove and insert new tags and messages This part of the page, should show one box with all available tags. If a tag is selected, it should be possible to edit or remove the tag. I also want to be able to add new tags. Another box should be available where I can insert a message. A new message must have at least one tag selected in order to be saved, but it should also be possible add multiple tags to a message. 2. Find a message based on tags. This part of the page should list all available messages. When a message is selected, the message should also have the posibility to be edited. The page should first load ALL available messages and when I select one or more tags, they should be used to filter the messages. 3. List all messages that has been used. This part of the page should list all the messages that has been marked as used. It should show the message, the name of who used it ([login to view URL]) and the date it was used. 4. Add/remove users who have access to this page. The freelancer who are awarded this project are free to create a completely new database with a different structure they way they see fit. As long as the end result is somewhere close to the described features. The interface does NOT need to be fancy. This is as a demo for a customer who will most likely want more features added to this system, and then it can be designed better. The awarded freelancer will have priority to continue with the project if the customer decides to go further.
