Hi.. I have worked with similar systems to schedule employees & jobs in an ERP software. It can be implemented in MS Access using at least 3 tables: Jobs, Employees and another one for the Employees' schedules. In this last table you will be able to create availability rules for each employee. Each time you create a job in the Jobs table and specify its date of execution, it will have a tab showing all employees available for it.
