I have a daily e-newsletter reaching 22,000 subscribers that is sent out using a custom-coded template in Constant Contact. The email contains ad tags from Live Intent. I feel like the ads could be maximized more with a better design. I need someone who is comfort custom coding who can create a template that is more attractive than what I am using. (Some bonuses: you are comfortable in WordPress because I have a few other small jobs I might want to assign you, and I'd love to work with someone in the United States, I just find that the time zone differences overseas can really drag out a project, I'll consider someone overseas, but....I'd love to work with someone in my time zone)
