custom plug in for WP

What I am seeking to do is have this program created in a lite version in other words it doesn't have to have all the features but as close as we can be we are a roller skating rink and need to have the ability to have customers be able to book their parties with us in advance when they choose by also using our package options I am not willing to pay the price of an expensive proprietary system that locks me in every month for years to come we would like to have our own plug-in that is integrated into our WordPress website I currently use a WordPress plugin called Event Booking Pro is actually very close to working for us people are already using this and have booked with us through it to pay for their booking event.
