Customize wordpress plugin output layout

However, it seems that the default templates available allow only to have an author review or user reviews, not both at the same time. I would like to have a mix of the "restaurant aggregate" and "product review" templates of that plugin at the same time. We asked the plugin author if we could customize the template and he answered: "Yes, this can be done. As I said, it is a mix between restaurant-aggregate and review-rating templates of the plugin. - First, we display in the left the editor rating, with the defined criteria, and in the right, a summary of the user ratings. - Then, the small map with the address in the left, instead of under the map. - Finally, at the end, after the post content, the default user reviews as in restaurant-aggregate I am looking for some wordpress developer to do this task for me asap thanks in advance
