Customize Wordpress Sports Theme

Hi Everyone! I am looking for someone to customize my Wordpress Theme, as per my requirements. The currently used theme and the changes that need to be made to it, can be seen in the attached jpg file. These changes are to be made in a child theme. The theme name and theme logo will then have to be changed properly as well, to the name of my choice. A graphic of how the end result has to look and a step by step description of these customizations is attached. Everything needed, such as logo, fonts, images, etc, will be sent to you when awarded the project. You must be reliable, quick to contact, flexible, and open and competent regarding specified changes. You must have experience in web design, php, wordpress and in creating and customizing wordpress themes, since changes in the "coding" may be necessary. Only freelancers with a portfolio of past work will be considered. To be considered, please type "i love sports" in your bid, so i know you have read and understand this project.
