3dcart - open text field for products & bulk order

I am looking for a professional with extensive experience working with 3dcart. I require 2 things: 1 - A non required open text field called "Reference" on the product page. This should be a field in which customer can write anything they wish and that we will recive by email when they purchase. Please note that there should be 1 for each and all products. So for example, if a customer buys 2 different products, he should have the reference field for each of the 2 and he should be able to leave a different reference for each. 2 - I would require a way for customers to make a fast bulk order. So instead of having to go through the product list and choosing 1 product at the time, I would require a system (maybe via the products' article number or even via an excel sheet that can be uploaded) that allows a customer to make a big order of products he maybe buys regularly in a swift and easy manner.
