Design & Implement New Site

Hello, We're a software/application company in the real estate/property industry and are in need of a fresh, modern, website mock-up and implementation. Our code is very clean and we're currently using a custom wordpress template. If you would like to use a base wp template, and then insert our code and make modifications to it, that would be acceptable. After reviewing reference sites & creating mock-ups, i'll help modify the design to fit our needs. The designs should be done in .PSD unless you have a better suggestion. Once design is approved, you must inter grate our current site with the new design. Must have modern, clean look. Don't want clutter. Must use WP page editor so I can modify all pages easily. No custom pages that are outside wp. Must design (7) Pages: Home, About, Search, Membership, Contact, Map pages, My Account Project Requirements: Must complete website mock-up in 3 days max. Must complete website mock-up implementation in 7 days max. Must be available during USA timezone. Must speak fluent English Must make unlimited revisions to mock-up until satisfied. MUST keep file/folder structure of main code the same. Don't use your own structure as ours is clean and how we want it. ALL current software/features of our current site must be functioning properly on the new design. Notes: First send home page mock-up for approval before proceeding on other page design.
