Develop a Mobile App for Bar finding

Greetings from Deutsche Studenten Info, We need an mobile app to be developed for bar finding and following is the requirements. 1)Options to choose country & City where users need to find bars. 2)When country and city is selected app will show a list of bars in this city with complete address. 3)Users can use categories to find bars as per their need - like beer bar, wine bar, smoke bar etc. 4)Users use filters to choose bars like single entry or couple entry... 5) Bar working hours 6)On click of the bar details screen will be open with brief details of this bar. 7) Bars will have the rating and reviews if rated by the users in app. Initially there will be no rating. Once users use bars after that they can rate and this rating/reviews will be added to that particular bar. 8) App can have the option to show the route map with direction (through GPS) of selected bar so user can easily navigate to the bar. We would like to know the pricing structure for the above requirement in a clear quotation before discussing further. We would like to have the quotation in INR and the budget is 30,000 - 50,000 INR.
