develop plugin

Hi - I have built a website (wordpress) for a client (printshop). We are looking for a plugin where their customers can build their own tshirts. Tshirt types - round neck and crew neck (each in 15 diff colours). 3 grammage options (165g, 180g and 200g), and sizes small - 3xl. The only print option is screen printing (1 - 6 colours). Tshirt can be screenprinted on front (A4 size max), back (A4 max), sides (left and right of tshirt A5 size max). There is a once off setup applicable per colour and placement (front,back, left and right). This once off setup is only applicable for the first shirt. If you order more than 1 shirt (of the same design), the setup fee stays the same. There is then a screenprint per shirt, per placement, per color cost. The plugin needs to show the customer the shirt and how it looks as a final product.
