Develop Unique Foreclosure website/property search (not a real estate template design) - 16/10/2017 05:29 EDT

I am selling foreclosed property data and I need help with the integrating complex functionality into my (yet to be) website. I work with Joomla and can manage the template design (i.e. article/menu/template manipulation) but need someone with web development skills who can integrate the unique search options/display with other user/subscriber plugins and modules. In short I need 1. A specific property search interface and list view search result of property data. Sadly, I can’t find any eCommerce or real estate (templates/plugins) that can easily adapt to my specific requirements (or I don’t have the time to figure out robust CCK’s like Seblod.) Real Estate template/plugins invariably integrate “agent profiles.” In the case of foreclosures there are no agents, just judges, lawyers, defendants and auction bidders. eCommerce options are equally frustrating because the invariably offer only product options (t-shirts, shoes, cars, etc…) and check-out functions. I am selling data and have no need for these entrenched functions/field categories, etc… 2. User friendly csv database upload of property listings/field details so I can regularly update the website database and concomitant front-end property search. 3. An integrated payment gateway 4. A visitor view/page with limited property information 5. A membership page with full access to property data searches and an optional property map view (most real estate templates/plugins have this option. The property search/database is the most important. I need specific property details in a list view with each property identified by its address with the attendant property details: Property Street Address, Year Built, Building Type, Building Class, Square Feet, Annual Taxes, Last Sold, Previous Sale Amount, Property Status (foreclosure/preforeclosure), Auction Date, Auction Time, Plaintiff, Defendant , Auction Location, Judgement Amount, Referee, Attorney for Plaintiff. Here is a truncated example of the desired search result: Street Address--[property image]--Year Built--Building Type--Judgement Amount--etc... Pretty much like a spread sheet view with columns but with artistic flair. I need two integrated search options: 1. Foreclosure Status (Foreclosures/ Pre-Foreclosures/ All) 2. County (Bronx, Brooklyn, Staten Island, Queens, Manhattan, All.) I only want specific property details in a list view with each property identified by its address. Here is an example structure: Street Address--[property image]--Year Built--Building Type--Judgement Amount--etc... I uploaded a ridiculous pdf mock-up for a rough example of the search display requirements Please help.
