DEVELOP A WEB CHAT APP

PROJECT WEB CHAT & ADMINISTRATION PANEL I HAVE a web chat application – [login to view URL] It has MANY features (make sure you check it out and check out all the current commands - [login to view URL] ) I want to modernize the appearance, remove /commands and add buttons and more features! (some of which are already live on competing web chatrooms so I can show you those if it will help). There will be a lot of changes so it is up to YOU to decide whether you wish to refactor the existing web chat application or if you wish to create it from scratch. I do NOT care which programs you use to code the web chat application, so long as it works. (Some CSS will need to be involved with Character Profile creation). So whichever programs/coding you are most familiar with is fine. For reference, the current web chat app – [login to view URL] is built on Node, PHP and ES6 JavaScript on the frontend using [login to view URL] for websocket communication (so if you wish to refactor rather than develop you need to have those skills). My goals are as follows: 1 WEB CHAT – Redesign of the base chat, adding a lot more features. Mobile browser compatibility preferred. Large job. 2 ADMIN PANEL – Redesign of the administration panel, adding more features. Mobile browser compatibility preferred. Small job. 3 MOBILE – Creation of an ios and android application if mobile compatibility isnt viable. Large job. 4 VIP – Creating a subscription and payment function as well as an experience/leveling system in chat. Small job. 5 FORUM – Creation of a Forum unique to the Web Chat which runs alongside the chat. Moderate job. THIS PROJECT IS FOR 1 WEB CHAT & 2 ADMIN PANEL Which means if all goes well there is opportunity for rehiring for 3, 4 and 5. I want Web Chat & Admin Panel to be completed within 2 months from award date. DO NOT bid if you are not able to begin the project in the next few days. I have a firm budget of $2,000 AUD (because that is all the money I can spend) so if you don't like that price then DO NOT bid. 2,000 AUD is still a fair amount of money. If I was paying you 25AUD per hour (which is a good wage) you would have 80 hours to complete the job which is more time than you will need. Remember, this is 2000 AUD for the 1 Web Chat & Admin Panel. If I rehire you for 3, 4 & 5 you will still earn at least 5,000 AUD total and collect at least three good reviews for your work.
