Domain registering website, research and more

I need to cooperate with a professional and responsible developer that has done before a similar project. First of all I would like to make clear that there are actually two parts: 1 - All research, budget, all functionality, work-flow/website, finding theme and all written and preparation work (10%) 2 - Τhe implementation. Make the whole project work, develop the website and do all peripheral things (90%) In case of unsuccessfully delivery or no delivery of all needed steps from the applicant, there will be no payment following with negative feedback.
