Download, Scale, rename 1,427 pictures - done by scripting

I have 1,427 pictures that look like this: ADL [login to view URL] You should download the picture scale to a width of 100 and between 55 and 95 pixels. Scale them to 100 width proportionally first and then just check the height (normally there si nothing to do since the pics come in a good shaped format already). Save picture under the new file name ADL.jpg. Use a high quality (bigger files) JPEG compression. File size should NOT exceed 10 kbytes. With the right script this is less than an hour of work.
