Drupal Layout (already have theme installed)

I am looking for prices for the following work for a community group so price is a leading factor. We have a Drupal theme and are looking at transfering content across from a wordpress site. I would like the layout building so I can just enter the information. Layout Required - [login to view URL] We have different content on the site we will be using, I have added some content for test purpose on the site we plan on using - http://prelovedgifts.co.uk. Also need Gmap configuring so we can get a layout of something similar to our live site - [login to view URL] I have installed the gmap/store locator. 1. I would also like a banner putting in place like the one which is on our live site (does not have to be exact but it should show latest news) FRONT PAGE =========== Banner like ne on live shite ([login to view URL]) text from a page which will show something along lines of "Breakfast Clubs are free.....And will remain free!" Featured Tabs Shop Forum About Highlighted Tabs Should show part of testimonials (Randomly chosen) Start a Club (show 6, with title showing as on [login to view URL]) Sandbag Times (show 3 images) Latest News & Announcements Show 4 latest news as is shown on [login to view URL] Footer should show Subscribe to newsletter & Follow us on Social Media =================== Right side should show something along same lines as find your nearest club (as on live site) Testimonials form (as on live site) ========================================== Need contact form and all forms (testimonials, comments etc) setting up with captcha.
