Drupal 7.34 upgrade to current version uses Ubercart

Estimate time and cost depend on the current version of your site. You well know that the update time is very based on Drupal version Your site is using Drupal 7.34 and if you want to update it to the latest 7.59, and it is quite easy then to update the site to the Drupal 8.6.3. and also Ubercart has not supported some previous functionality. But the good news is, in October 2018 its release is 4th dev version which covers some of the drawbacks and now its work better than before. Question: what do you mean by limited access of codebase and database? what I understand is, you are using Plesk and you have shared server so I have a limited access to the server and especially the terminal.
