eCommerce webpage to sell digital download data extracted from a MySql database

I have a MySQL database that has data where a primary key by postcode. I would like to allow users to search that database (from a front end webpage) by postcode and display for them, the total number of records (just a summary count of the records... do not display the contents of data records (the user will be able to purchase the data records for downloading as a CSV file), that exists in the MySQL database for the postcode that the user has entered. Then I need to be able to allow the user to select that postcode and charge the user a price to download all data that exist in the MySQL database for the postcode that they selected. A backend software would then run the query to extract the data for that postcode and create a CSV file to be made available to the user for immediate download AFTER they've paid the price to download the data, for the postcode that they want to purchase. I currently have a WordPress website and I use a Woo Commerce online store plugin to sell csv data that I’ve already extracted and packaged in Woo Commerce as a “product” with a shopping cart and payment processing that is already configured and working. But I want additional software to automate and create the CSV file real-time, from the MySQL database and allows the users to buy any CSV file for download as the user selects which postcode data they would like to download and purchase.
