Edit a php email template (Wordpress Event Tickets Plus Plugin)

For my event ticket plugin I need the emails that get sent out after a customer purchases a ticket to be edited. Unfortunately, the only way to edit the email template is editing the code in the file (see attached) and I cannot code. The current email is very spaced out, has a bad arrangement, very repetitive and just overall TERRIBLE for the customer. It takes 9 full page scrolls to view 2 tickets purchased. You can see these in the attached screenshots "current-email-screenshot" #1-9. I have used photoshop to create a mock up of exactly how I want the email template to look when completed. My mockup shows 2 tickets purchased in only 4 page scrolls instead of 9. You can see these in the attached screenshots "fixed-email-screenshot" #1-4. There are two variables I would like added: *In the beginning of the email- Hello {first-name} *that is not the proper code but I want email personalized with first name taken from billing address of customer* *Next to the QR code, where it says "Ticket For" I would like the name of the person whose name the ticket was purchased for.
