Edit Wordpress Dating Site (php, mySQL)

I have a Wordpress dating site (Mark Fail - PremiumPress - Dating Theme v 10.7.2) that has Elementor plugin for page editing, but need some custom work done on the site. I need the following features, functions and edits done on the site: - When Photo’s are upload to a dating profile, they are all compressed and a fixed size. - I need two different headers, one for internal members and one for the homepage (external). - I need the questionnaire from [login to view URL] built into my site. Then a link under the members internal page that shows the internal members that have a match on over 50 percent of the criteria. The page should show them what percentage of match they are based on your own answers to the questionnaire. - A members internal profile says they are looking for a female, but shows me male recommendations at bottom of page. This needs to be fixed to show the correct results. - I need Home button when clicked on the external site to go to homepage, and when the internal home button is clicked it takes the user to the members profile page. - I need to separate the blog posts so that they can be tagged to show to external users, internal members, or both. - The Elementor plugin will still need to work in order to edit all of the pages on the site. Contract Terms: The payment will be in Canadian dollars since I am in Canada. The milestones will be released when at 50% and 100% of the job completion. If you accept the job, you agree that the initial deposit will be put into escrow when 25% of the work is complete and not before.
