Employee and work managment- Laravel PHP CMS

We are a new cleaning company. I am a software developer and the co-founder of the company. We want to create an employee and work management, web system. I prefer PHP Laravel as back-end language, but other tools or framework are always welcome. The system has 4 user groups. The Administrator ,Team manager, Worker, and Team Member. Each groups has their own pages and profile. But the most important section of the system is Job Opportunities and shifts. -------- Admin ------ + Can Manage the Workers, Teams, Job Opportunities, and shifts --------Teams-------- + Can Manage their Members, Job Opportunities, and shifts ----- Workers-------- +Applying/Looking for the job opportunities through the system and SMS +Making/arranging schedules ------Member (Team Member) ------ +Applying/Looking for the job opportunities through the system and SMS I have created the structure of the system with all the details. I have attached it here. I have an Admin Template, and a codecanyon laravel cms project. If you need them, I can send them to you. I think it takes time to develop, it is not so easy, but also it is not so hard as well :)
