Enhancing PHP feedback form

-Including validations (client side) through jQuery/JavaScript which will trigger events within the form

-Including validations server side through PHP and checking if posts are empty and null

-Enable/disable submit button (and cursor on button) depending on fields if empty or filled (meeting validations)

-if button disabled, when button is hovered on (mouse cursor) or clicked on (mobile phone/touch screen devices) a tooltip will be shown and fields which are empty will be shown bootstrap validator error messages
