Hello,
I need someone who can 1. program a chip which can be put into a bracelet, which can connect with other bracelets (using the same chip) and also connect with an application (IOS/Android).
2. Create an application (iOS/android) which can store a profile of the user (wearing the bracelet), thus the application and the chips of the bracelets should be able to communicate. The app should work in a way that when the bracelets touch and connect, both users automatically trade their profiles in the app. Also a chat function should be in the app, so that with the new users instant messaging is possible.
