Looking for a someone to create us a Add-in or Macro to use in Microsoft Excel to scrape Amazon item's price and current seller. Excel will contain links to Amazon page and we want price and seller returned in columns next to the cell. We currently have a macro that retrieves us price, but is bugged. Freelancer can help us revise it or create a new one. If Freelancer has experience working with Amazon API and can help us improve our function with speed, we would highly consider working with them. Please include this in your submission.

Hi, I will create a .Net based script for [login to view URL] will load Amazon URL from Excel file, process them and update the Price and Seller info in Excel file. There will be few benefits of using the advanced technology like .Net then Excel. Excel is slower for this purpose compared to .net and yes its buggy too. .Net script will show a progress in GUI progress bar. It will perform asynchronous calls and won't block the gui. You can even use Excel, while script is in action and it will also work on system without Excel. Thanks

Hi Nice to meet you. About amazon scraper, I used raw html parsing method. I used python for that and so slow as 1 producer for 2 sec. But if you can provide api, then will be faster. About VBA macro, I used that for record tweets for live streaming. If you want, I can show my works. Regards Lian

Hi, I already have VBA code that does scrape Amazon website. I coukd also build a API connector to make it faster. But, as I said. Ome code is already written on my end for that. Is not that great news?

Hey, I think I could help with this. I've never used amazons api, however I regularly script and use various others. Is the current macro just simply using a browser object to retrieve and parse web pages? Regards, Jerrad
