Extract Data from Website using webcrawler

Need to utilize a WebCrawler to extract Agent information from [login to view URL] website. Want to use a Free WebCrawler (that we can easily and consistently access) and have you build the process to extract all Agent information available on the site, so that as we enter the zip code or city/state, Coverage Type, Filters (primarily using Agent or Broker, Licensed in Multiple States, Language), it will pull the data from the corresponding query. We want to have this "Tool" available to us only and the steps documented for running the data extraction. We want the data extraction to be put into Excel for sorting. Data to pull into excel is outline in the attached document, in the exact order listed. Want to be able to put in multiple Zip codes to have multiple instances of the crawler extracting the data at the same time. For instance, if I use [login to view URL] to obtain the list of zip codes, I want to be able to process multiple zip codes from this list at the same time. Want data to be pulled into the same database/excel spreadsheet. Database can be a database that we choose to host on a site, but need the WebCrawler to be able to point to the database/excel file. WebCrawler, database, instructions on how to use, must all be hosted together on our website and all rights and use turned over to us for our sole use with no other usage for anyone else. We need a warranty of 12 months that you will fix issues, errors as part of the initial delivery.
