Write a Facebook messenger bot and set it up on your page. 2. Build a front-end handler on your website where your employees / admin will be able to view and reply to chats. 3. Write a back-end service which will act as a gateway, it will receive the incoming messages from facebook messenger bot and forward them to the front-end handler.
