My Facebook Was Hacked - Help Me Get It Back Please!

Good afternoon, My Facebook account has been hacked, they have changed the e-Mail dress and I cannot access the phone numbers either. They have also hidden the account although I have the e-Mail which was originally linked and gives Me access to the login screen, although it only takes me to the 3 friends section where it blocks Me out as I am unsure of the 3 friends. I have found the following address (as much of it as I can get is being used - o***********0@w**.de which I suspect to be oliharwood (a list of 3 numbers maybe) @web.de. If We can get hold of this and Locate it, then We could gain access. I am Wondering if Facebook API can be used as well? Is there someone on here who can hack it back? Thank You!
