Field agent management app for b2b

We need to better organize our field agents and none of the existing commercial software fulfills our needs. We want to track our filed agents in real time and register their time on site at our clients' premises, among other things. The full functionality will be describer later, but for now we need some parts of the final app, that will be useful to us while the full app is being developed. The first part will be used to adjust the site locations, the geofences and the locations of the entrance and parking for each site. I’m attaching an Excel file for this purpose with a partial list of sites and their coordinates and a radius for the geofence. I originally intended to use circles but have found this to be too imprecise. Please convert this to 4 points evenly space around the center at the radius distance and place markers for the entrance and parking east and west of the center at a distance of half the radius. Please upload this data to a table in MySQL. The user will run this app on a PC and it will start by opening Google Maps at the current location with a zoom of 5. A menu in the top right corner will show a scrolling list of sites, ordered from north to south. The user chooses a site from the list then clicks on a “Show” button. The corresponding markers and geofence are overlaid on a Google Maps satellite view, where the user can make precise adjustments by dragging the markers and fence handles. After adjusting, a “Save” button corrects the data in the MySQL table. The second part will be used to adjust the geofences for the zones (cities, states and countries). We’ll use a Google road map for this (not satellite). I’ve attached another excel file with data for this purpose with a list of zones and geofence radius for each; please convert this to 4 points evenly space around the center at the radius distance. These will be edited in same way as the fence points for sites described above. The third part will be used for trip planning to visit various sites sequentially. The user will choose a zone to visit and the app will show markers for all the sites in that zone on a Google road map. Mouse-over a site marker will show the name of the site. Click on a marker will select that site as one to be visited; another click will unselect it. When the user has clicked on all the sites to visit, a “Filter” button will hide any sites not selected.
