FIX GEO LOCATION ON MY SITE

I need for someone to fix some issues on my site. One of the most important things is GEo location... It should work to pull the person to the nearest city. It needs to be able to work on all mobile devices and computers and laptops.. So all devices... I need for the post ad page to be shorten. So the personal information needs to be set up as a drop down area. So if someone needs to change the time or number for a certain item they can do so by dropping down the information. Also the feature list needs to appear only what was selected. Currently all things in the post ad which are options to select show up on the front end of the item. So i want that the features that show up on the front end are only the ones that was chosen by the individual. make sure everything works on mobile and all buttons function as they should. I consider the home page to be the page that you see after you log in. This page needs to have the category bar at the top under the slider. The ads and the text need to be removed from this location.
