Frontend developer to implement existing designs

Looking for a front end developer with a broad skill set to code a web application from existing designs. Application should be coded in php/jQuery. We are open to frameworks, but no wordpress or similar. You will be provided ajax endpoints for data, returning json. We are looking for rates on for the project and an estimate for total time to completion.
Designs with notes are available on Invision to pre-screened developers. The project consists of 6 pages, with already designed content, including images, logos, fonts, and video. Data should be integrated from ajax endpoints. Pages should be fully responsive on desktop, tablet and mobile devices. We would like to minimize page reloads and transfers.
If it helps we have used Keenthemes Metronic Admin template for projects in the past and can make that available for you to use, but you are welcome to use whatever you want. Samples of previous work will be helpful.
Work will be assigned and tracked through Trello, with real time communications in Skype or Slack. The ideal candidate will be able to give accurate time estimates for work and deliver completion on time. Strong written communication skills in English are a must.
